Dale Altenhofen

Dale Altenhofen, Owner, graduated with a business degree from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.

He came to Texas in 1982 and moved to Dallas in 1983 when he met his wife Brenda. They have been happily married for more than 25 years and have two sons and a daughter.

Dale has had 21 years experience in the construction industry and feels that integrity is the key to any company for building a strong foundation.

It is important to communicate with and listen to your customers to give them the best results in painting their homes.

Eddie McDaniel

Eddie McDaniel, Area Manager for Southern Painting, has had many years experience in Residential Property Renovation in North Texas. Although not a native Texan, he got here as quickly as he could!

He has been married to his High School Sweetheart, Miriam, for over 30 years. They have a Son and Daughter in-law, and a new Granddaughter. Eddie is an active member of his Church and holds several Leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America.

Anita Johnson

Anita Johnson started with Southern Painting in January 2006. She is originally from the beautiful Upstate New York area and has made her home in Dallas for the last 23 years.

Anita is a leader and active member in her church and has a passion for serving people.

As an Operations Manager, she ensures that all calls are returned promptly in setting up estimates. She wants to make sure her customers have a pleasant experience from the first moment they contact Southern Painting all the way through completion of their painting job.

Phil Dipinto

Phil DiPinto is a Veteran of Foreign War with the U.S. Navy serving with Honor in Vietnam. Also, he is originally from New York and conducted business in Tower 1 of New York's World Trade Center.

In the Fall of 2004, Phil arrived in Texas and started working for the Southern Painting family. He has a son and two beautiful grandchildren here in Texas.

Phil is big on relationships. He builds camaraderie with everyone he meets on personal and business levels. This helps to insure a smooth and comfortable working relationship throughout the painting process. Phil's "hand's on" approach to Customer Service has been extremely beneficial in the growth of business for Southern Painting in the Colleyville, Southlake, Grapevine, Trophy Club and Irving areas. His background in the building and construction areas brings a positive asset to Southern Painting.
